Project
Data-Driven Approach for the Sustainable Development of High-Energy-Density Sodium-Ion Batteries
Summary
Funded by VinIF
This project proposes to develop a multi-layer, pouch-type sodium-ion battery with a high energy density of 150–170 Wh kg⁻¹, with potential applications in low-cost sectors such as energy storage systems and affordable electric vehicles.
The project carries strategic significance for Vietnam’s energy transition, contributing to the country’s Net Zero commitment by 2050, while also generating strong momentum for the development of the domestic materials and green energy industry.
