Immune System Measuring: A study on Patients of Infections and Cancers
Summary
This project aims to develop a comprehensive approach to assess human immune function across health and disease. It will measure key indicators such as total leukocyte counts, lymphocyte subsets, serum cytokine levels, and functional properties of T cells, NK cells, and monocytes. Data will be collected from three groups: healthy individuals, patients with infections, and cancer patients. By comparing these cohorts, the study seeks to understand how various factors influence immune responses and contribute to disease. The goal is to validate a systematic framework for detecting variations in immune function, supporting improved research and potential clinical applications.
