Dr. Giang completed an integrated M.S.–Ph.D. program at the Materials Electrochemistry Laboratory, School of Materials Science and Engineering, Chonnam National University, Republic of Korea, in 2023, within a shortened period of 4.5 years. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2017. He worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Chonnam National University in 2023 and at the Center for Environmental Intelligence, VinUniversity, in 2024. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher in Sustainability and Materials Science at the College of Engineering and Computer Science, VinUniversity. His research focuses on the development of advanced materials for next-generation batteries, including lithium-, sodium-, and potassium-ion batteries, lithium–sulfur batteries, and solid-state batteries. He has published 8 (co-)first-author and 9 co-author articles in peer-reviewed journals, including 10 articles in the top 5% and 2 first-author articles in the top 2% of the field. In addition, Dr. Giang has contributed 5 book chapters on rechargeable batteries and materials science, published by ACS, Springer Nature, and CRC Press. He also serves as a reviewer for prestigious journals such as Small, Chemical Engineering Journal, Journal of Power Sources, Carbon, Journal of Energy Chemistry, Journal of Energy Storage, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, ACS Applied Energy Materials, ACS Applied Nano Materials, etc.
