Dr. Nguyen Minh Duong received his B.E. degree in Electronic and Telecomunications Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam, in 2017, and both his M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Electronic Engineering from Pusan National University, Busan, South Korea, in 2022 and 2025, respectively. Prior to his doctoral studies, he worked as an FPGA Engineer at the R&D Center of Viettel (2017-2019), where he developed electronic warfare systems, and as a DSP Engineer at VinSmart (2019-2020), focusing on the physical layer of 5G communication systems. His current research interests include federated learning, multi-agent systems, meta-learning, multi-task learning, continual learning, representation learning and domain generalization. He has authored or co-authored in more than 10 papers published in international journals and conference proceedings. He has served as a reviewer for many top-tier international journals (IEEE TNNLS, IEEE IoTJ, IEEE TMC, IEEE TWC, IEEE TNSE, IEEE TKDE), and conferences (ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR). He received several awards, including Top Reviewer of ICML 2022.
